Make-Up Exams

Of the three make-ups I had, they’ve all been taken: Mathematical Models for Decision-Making—I don’t know what happens in that course, but every time you sit an exam you forget EVERYTHING, absolutely EVERYTHING. 😦 Status: headed to the remedial on this one… Corporate Law: It was an essay on one topic: Bankruptcy and Suspension of Payments. Status: pretty good

Corporate Law: It was an essay on one topic: Bankruptcy and Suspension of Payments. Status: pretty good

Investment Project Design and Evaluation: after a ton of work I finally managed to finish this assignment, which, honestly, is very complete. The files are here

Reading around the net I came across this promotional article for W Server 2003, where they evaluate and share real customer testimonials who preferred MS over UNIX-based systems. The article is here.

In my very personal, marketing-oriented opinion, MS is always on the lookout for what consumers want and always tries to surpass it. It gives consumers exactly what they crave: Ease, Simplicity, and Reliability.
Looking back at the raza-mexicana ezine article, the Linux crowd is still waging war against Windows and defending their l33t OS. A clear example here.

NOTE: I’m not against Linux or Windows. I use both, but I prefer whichever gives me fewer update headaches and simpler workflow.
